  • How do I charge the internal battery of the S3?
    The S3 weigh scale indicator does not ship with a power adaptor. It includes a USB cable and can be charged from any phone charger or a PC/Laptop.
  • I see the units have to be set the first time I turn it on. What if I set the units incorrectly?
    You can modify the units using the MiHub Data Link mobile app, Data Link for PC, or by holding down the Zero button for 3 seconds.
  • How do I change my settings? (E.g. resolution, units and damping algorithm)"
    All of the settings can be found and modified in the MiHub Data Link mobile app or Data Link for PC.
  • How can I do a span calibration?
    This can be done using the MiHub Data Link mobile app or Data Link for PC.
  • What versions of Android and iOS are supported?
    The MiHub Data Link mobile app is compatible with Android 4.4 or iOS 9.0 and above.
